This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for documentation on the non-lethal stressors in Cook Inlet and their impacts on the recovery of the endangered Cook Inlet beluga whales per the attached statement of work in the request for quotes RFQ NMFS AKR-10-0806-1G prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. This procurement is subject to full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541690. This is a simplified acquisition estimated value not to exceed $100,000.00.

Contractor to provide NOAA Fisheries Alaska Region documentation on non-lethal stressors in Cook Inlet and their impacts on the recovery of the endangered Cook Inlet beluga whales per the statement of work (SOW) in attached RFQ NMFS-AKR-10-0806-1G.
