This is a Request for Qualification (RFQ) to solicit proposals from experienced and qualified non-commercial public media organizations interested in providing non-commercial radio license management and programming services through a "Management and Programming Agreement" (MPA) to California State University, Northridge and the South Orange County Community College District for their radio programming partnership (88.5 FM) in accordance with RFQ 1834.
