This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-7MN1-S-11-AA15 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a small business set-aside. The NAICS is 423820, business size is 100 employees. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53.

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Grazinglands Research Laboratory (GRL), El Reno, Oklahoma has a need for a No-Till Drill.

The following will detail the specific minimum requirements.

Line Item 001 - 10ft No-Till Drill with: 7.5 inch row spacing, Cereal grain box, Small seed box, Dry fertilizer attachment

The following items are optional and should be priced separately.

Line Item 002 - 4 speed gearbox
Line Item 003 - 13 ½" diameter offset double disk opener blades
Line Item 004 - Three coulter options
Line Item 005 - T-handle adjust depth control system

Price to include delivery to the USDA, ARS, GRL, 7207 W Cheyenne Street, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036. The Government requires delivery within 30 days so each offeror shall include their proposed delivery schedule as part of their quotation. Acceptance and FOB point are destination. In order to be considered for award offerors shall provide a quotation on company letterhead and include descriptive literature in sufficient detail to evaluate their product against the above minimum specifications. A minimum of 3 references is required and must have received the proposed item within the last three calendar years (Government references preferred but will accept commercial references).
