Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to supply as needed SF6 Circuit breakers in accordance to the specification attached. IID's purchase forecast for power circuit breakers over three years is listed in the Price Schedule, located in the Response Forms. Responses to this SRFP should at a minimum address and present proposed solutions to IID's goals of achieving the following with an execution of a contract:  Lead Time  Favorable Pricing & Terms, including, but not limited to, freight, warranties and maintenance requirements  High Breakers Reliability in the Field  High Reliability of Adequate Supply CRITICAL DATES FOR ACTION: 1.
