Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Provide cell preparation, irrigation and planting of 36 acres for riparian habitat at the Managed Marsh Complex. • Modifying existing cell design and ground preparation • Installation of irrigation system • Procurement and planting of riparian habitat • This project is under the State of California prevailing wage law. CRITICAL DATES FOR ACTION: 1. Mandatory Meeting – Jobwalk There will be a mandatory meeting which will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 8:30 a.m., Local Time, at the IID North End Water Division Conference Room, 5364 Hovley Road, Westmorland, CA 92281, see page 6 for map and directions. [email protected]. Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending this mandatory meeting (See attached files). Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending. 2.
