THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is not a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources of a 400MHz NMR system for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Office of Forensic Sciences, Special Testing and Research Laboratory (SFL1). The NMR system shall possess the following configuration:

• 400 MHz with 2 channels Direct Drive2 console, pulse field gradients, shims, variable sample temperature management, computer and software (must be compatible with Agilent Magical II programs)

• Printer

• Low temperature kit

• 5 mm pulse field gradient (PFG) OneNMR Probe

• Automatic probe tuning system for both channels

• 96 sample NMR auto sampler

• 96 sample spinner turbines

• Cryogens to fill NMR magnet with liquid helium and liquid nitrogen during installation.


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516. The business size standard is 500 employees. Please provide a capability statement that demonstrates your company’s ability to meet the aforementioned specifications of the NMR system, your two most recent government contracts awarded for similar or same work, their dollar value and period of performance.
