This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, RFP NLRB63316Q0010, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items and authority of FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2005-89.

The applicable NAICS is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. This is a firm fixed price Purchase Order for the National Labor Relations Board in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement for the 2016 Trial Training Conference.

The RFP does not require Event Planning Services or 3rd Party Event Planning and therefore will not accept proposals for event planning contractors.
