Requirements
The Agency requires sleeping rooms in a DC hotel located within walking distance of NLRB Headquarters (1099 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC) or  easily accessable to Metro or with free shuttle service to and from Hotel to Headquarters.  Preference will be given to hotels located within easy access to a variety of restaurants. 

Evaluation Criteria
Factor II - Technical
a. Location - Proposals will be evaluated on the ablity of the hotel to provide a facility within walking distance of NLRB Headquarters (1099 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC) or  easily accessable to Metro or with free shuttle service to and from Hotel to Headquarters. 

The Due Date for proposals has been changed to 4/29/2011, 4:00PM EST.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
