The Department of Justice, Washington DC intends to procure via sole source from International Justice and Public Safety Network or National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems, Inc. (NLETS) a membership. 

Membership can only be obtained from NLETS directly.  This notice is not a request for proposals.  No solicitation document is available.  No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.  A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) was approved for this action.  Please see attached JOFOC for additional information. 

This item has been determined to ve a commercial item applicable to FAR Part 12, and this notice is published in accordance with the rules in FAR Part 5 & 13.  The Contracting Officer has determined a response time of 5 days.  Responses submitted after the established response date may not be considered.
