The North Kansas City School District and McCownGordon Construction will be accepting sealed bids for the 2022 Deferred Maintenance – Phase 1.C Packages. Bids will be accepted electronically and at McCownGordon Construction 850 Main St, Kansas City, MO 64105 on October 21st, 2021 at 2:00pm. The bids will be read aloud publicly. Bids received after said time will not be opened and returned. This project is tax exempt and has prevailing wage requirements. A virtual pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 2:00pm on October with site tours to follow on October 8th at 9:00am and October 11th at 8:00am. Contractors and sub-contractors may obtain bidding documents on or after September 30th, 2021 by email request to [email protected]. The NKCSD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to be the sole judge of what it considers the lowest responsible bid.
