Aldrich has teamed with Northwest Kidney Centers and Mahlum Architects Inc. to construct the Panther Lake Dialysis Clinic. Project Description Northwest Kidney Centers is developing a 64,848 SF lot and new ground-up 9,447 SF single-story, thirteen (13) chair Dialysis Clinic, located in Kent, Washington. The building is comprised of wood-framing, an open-web truss system and TPO roof. The exterior enclosure is made up of storefront, metal panels and T&G Cedar Siding. The project site is positioned between S.E. 204th and 108th Ave S.E. The property will receive a new asphalt parking lot, street lighting, ROW improvements, and landscape enhancements. A soils analysis of the existing site can be found in the Geotechnical Report, dated 6/21. Completed operations coverage shall remain in force for six (6) years from the date of project completion. Aldrich & Associates, Inc. and the Owner shall be named as an additional insured; such coverage shall apply on a primary & non-contributory basis including Completed Operations with any similar insurance maintained by Aldrich & Associates, Inc. and the Owner. This is in addition to the insurance requirements which may be required by the Contract Documents.
