The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, is seeking vendors capable of providing the following requirements.  This is not a formal solicitation or an award.  The government reserves the right to determine based on the responses whether to compete, award some, all or nothing as a result of this notice.

1)  NIOSH Approved N95 Respirator Masks to filter airborne particles; cellulose inner and outer facings, flat fold with adjustable nose and chin wire. 

The government is seeking a firm-fixed, FOB destination requirement.  Delivery will be to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 W. Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri,  65807.

Any firm who believes they can provide the above requirements, should respond to this notice with written notification to the Contracting Officer by Tuesday, April 7, 2020, 10 a.m. CSTPlease include the following with your response:

1)  Your company name and contact information.

2)  Specification of items you are proposing in response to our request.

3)  Confirmation statement of your ability to provide the requirements and an estimated delivery time from date the government makes award.  Please include a required "order by " reference date if that is applicable.

4)  Any other information with regards to the market to assist the Contracting Officer in determining what is in the best interest of the government is welcomed.

It is anticipated that any award from this notice will be placed on a government credit card.  However, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to determine what method of payment is required based on acquisition procedures.  Please confirm your ability to accept a government credit card should this method be utilized.

Responses to this notice shall be emailed to Hannah Henry at [email protected] by the response date.  Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit information equally with other organizations for contracts which they are eligible.  All vendors doing business with the federal government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) system www.sam.gov for orders over the Micro-Purchase Threshold.  The point of contact for all information regarding this Sources Sought Notice is Hannah Henry at the email above.  Vendors should ensure that all responses are emailed to Ms. Henry.
