Ninigret Park Wayfinding Signage Interpretive Kiosk and Site Improvements - RE-BID to Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 3:00 PM TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN, RI INVITATION TO BID The Town of Charlestown, RI will accept sealed bids for the NINIGRET PARK WAYFINDING SIGNAGE INTERPRETIVE KIOSK AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS. Specifications are available at the Charlestown Town Clerk’s Office and online at charlestownri.org. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s office located at the Town Hall, 4540 South County Trail, Charlestown, RI 02813 by 3:00 PM on December 10, 2019. Bids received after the stipulated time shall not be accepted. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the upper left-hand corner: “Bid: NINIGRET PARK WAYFINDING SIGNAGE INTERPRETIVE KIOSK AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS” The right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof is hereby reserved. Proposal must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the above note proper title endorsed there on; and addressed and delivered to the Town Clerk’s Office, Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, 02813. Documents incorrectly addressed or misdirected to other locations other than the Town Clerk’s Office at the Town Hall or are not present at the time of bid opening for whatever cause will be considered late and will not be accepted. Postmarks will not be considered proof of timely submission. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, qualified bidders. Bidders must show evidence that they have the experience, financial resources and equipment to perform the work as specified.
