1.  Contract Title:  Nine (9) Defibrillators with Accessories

2.  Background/Statement of Work: The intent of this requirement is for MEDVAMC to procure Nine (9) Defibrillators and Accessories for the purpose of monitoring and/or reviving Veteran inpatients while they are being transferred to critical care nursing units, step down nursing units, or medical/surgical nursing units.

3. Scope: The procurement of this equipment is intended to offer a more cost effective and safer patient care transfer between nursing units while the Veteran is monitored.
