The Government intends to establish one (1) multi-year IDIQ contract to acquire professional services for conducting 2-5 sessions of aerial management (hunting or harvesting) of Nilgai on an annual basis in order to eradicate cattle fever ticks as defined hereafter in coordination with Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC) on specified properties managed by the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge (LANWR). The number of harvest sessions annually will depend on funds available and dates available for harvest.
