USDA APHIS intends to establish one fixed price contract to acquire professional services for conducting aerial management (hunting or harvesting) of Nilgai in order to eradicate cattle fever ticks as defined hear after in coordination with Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC) on specified properties managed by the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge (LANWR) and the Boca Chica National Wildlife Refuge (BCNWR). Harvesting include proper meat processing of the Nilgai meat for donation.
