HQ Air Combat Command (ACC)/Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), Langley AFB VA, intends to issue a brand name combined synopsis/solicitation for Nikon brand cameras and accessories as stated below for delivery to various locations within Air Combat Command.

The requirement consists of the following Nikon equipment:

1) Nikon D3 camera bodies (41 each)
2) Nikon D3x camera bodies (9 each)
3) Nikon AF-S VR 70-200mm f/2.8 lenses (57 each)
4) Nikon AF-S 14-24mm f/2.8 lenses, f/2.8 lenses (50 each)
5) Nikon Normal Macro 60mm f/2.8D AF Micro Nikkor Autofocus lenses (4 each)
6) Nikon 200-400mm f/4 G-AFS ED-IF VR Autofocus telephoto zoom lenses (16 each)
7) Nikon WT-4a Wireless Transmitter (1 each),
8) Nikon Capture NX-2 Photo Editing Software packages (4 each)
9) Nikon Software Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete Edition (1 each)
10) Nikon SB-900 Electronic Flash Units (64 each)
11) Nikon SD9 Battery Packs for SB-900 flash units (64 each)
12) Nikon SC-28 TTL Off-Camera Shoe Cords (16 each)

A combined synopsis/solicitaton along with a redacted copy of the final approved brand name justification will be posted via www.fbo.gov on or around 18 Sep 09. A draft copy of the justification is attached for industry comments.
