This notice is issued to help determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition. Project requirements: This procurement will continue to provide an annual contract for a specified number of spaces in an existing, on-site parking garage for
NCATS employees working at 6701 Democracy Blvd, Bethesda MD 20892

NCATS requires the following parking spaces in a covered garage at/adjacent to 6701 Democracy Blvd., Bethesda, MD 20892 (including licenses/hanging permits and parking fobs for its users): Total 57 parking spaces (53 unreserved spaces, plus 4 reserved spaces for NCATS Director, NCATS Deputy Director, NCATS Associate Director for Administration and NCATS DCI Director

Delivery Date: These services are required from 1/1/18 - 12/31/18

Capability statement /information sought. Interested parties shall submit a capability response that clearly demonstrates the ability to provide the required services.

Responses must include: respondents' location, location of the garage with diagrams/pictures of the facility.

The respondent must also provide their DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., 8(a), HubZone, etc., pursuant to the applicable NAICS code and any other information that may be helpful in developing or finalizing the acquisition requirements.

The response must include the respondents' technical and administrative points of contact, including names, titles, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses.
