The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) is seeking to procure unreserved parking spaces to support the Return to In-Person Work initiative for its staff members. This effort is crucial for ensuring that employees at the NICHD office located at 6700 Rockledge Drive have a dedicated parking location.
Given that there is no other available parking within walking distance that meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, these spaces must be compliant with ADA standards to ensure that all staff, including those with disabilities, have access to safe and accessible parking. The spaces must be located in close proximity to the NICHD office, ensuring that staff can park conveniently and within walking distance to the building.
The parking spaces are required for a period starting from April 17, 2025 through April 16, 2026. This procurement will provide the necessary support for staff to transition back to in-person work with a reliable and accessible parking solution.
