This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Order under FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intends to award an open market sole source Order to Nice Systems, Inc, 221 River ST FL 10, Hoboken, New Jersey for the installation of NICE Inform Recorder (NIR) V9 Essential system. Nice Systems software is a proprietary product that is developed and manufactured by Nice Systems, Inc.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to be used for consideration of future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and an RFQ will not be issued, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and used for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
