A revised Statement of Work and some additional questions are attached as part of Amendment 0002 (additional questions are bolded and the revision is only to address these questions).

Please note that electronic submission to proposals will not be allowed.  Follow the instructions in sections L&M.

Under this amendment the official due date of the proposal has changed to June 12th at 2pm EST.

The official due date of all written questions has now been moved back to May 18th at 5pm EST.

A revised Statement of Work and the majority of questions received to date have been attached to this Amendment.
