This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Docupak, AL for NGB t-shirts, pens and pencils from the DocuPak / Mission Zone warehouse. These items are NGB remnants from past recruiting items from past years. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition. Firms having the ability to provide this service should notify Shawn Tinsley in writing via e-mail at [email protected] 2:00 P.M. MST on 21 September 2011. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
