The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of NFPA Testing at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.
Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 10 December 2021 at 11:00 AM CST. The contractor will provide the 97 CES/CEF all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective clothing and equipment, materials, transportation and any other incidentals necessary to travel to Altus AFB, OK to perform the NFPA Testing. See attachment 1 for more specified information.
This requirement will begin on 1 January 2022 and will have a 12-month base period with the possibility of four (4) 12-month option periods. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
