This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is AG-02RC-S-16-0132 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 115310. The small business size standard is $7.5 million dollars. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88.

DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this contract is to perform approximately 1,687 of cultural resource surveys utilizing a maximum of 30-meter wide pedestrian transects within survey parcels shown on attached maps, record all new cultural resources found, update six previously recorded sites, and evaluate each new and updated cultural resource for its National Register eligibility.  

DATES: September 10 through December 1, 2017

EVALUATION FACTORS:  One firm-fixed price award will be made by the Government. Award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer, provides the best value to the Government based on the following factors: 1)Technical Approach and capability to accomplish this type of work; 2)Past Performance;3)Experience; 4)Key Personnel and Qualifications; and 5)Price.
