This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

Solicitation number 12034319Q0073 is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101- 10/26/2018.

This procurement is set aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336999 - Snowmobiles and parts manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

Scope of Contract: The USDA Forest Service, Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests, will be purchasing Three (3) 2019 or 2020 Snowmobiles.

Delivery Location: The contractor shall deliver to US Forest Service Fleet Shop, 12730 Highway 12, Orofino, ID 83544. Contractor is responsible for picking up any trades.

Delivery Date: On or before December 11, 2019

All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following:

• See Attachment 1 for Specifications for Item's 1 and 2.
• See Attachment 2 for Trade-in Pictures and Information.

To be considered for offer of award, Quoters must, at a minimum, be registered "active" in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov).

The Government will make one award to the contractor which provides the lowest price technically acceptable quote, considering the following factors.
(1) Provide snowmobiles that meet the Agency needs according to the attached specifications. Please provide your spec sheet for each type of snowmobile quoted.
(2) Deliver on or before the delivery date.
(3) Price
