At a minimum, capability packages should be no more than 10 pages (double sided) with a font no smaller than 12 point and include a listing of the names of newspapers, magazines and periodicals, company name, DUNS number, socio-economic status (e.g. HUBZone, Small, 8(a), etc...), point of contact (including telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address), and a list of contracts (including contract type) within the past five (5) years under which the interested party has performed the same or similar work. All responses should be sent via email to [email protected].  DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.

The deadline for submission of capability package is 11 March 2014 at 3:00 pm.
