Pursuant to Resolution 10/23-24 adopted by the Ohlone College Board of Trustees (“Board”) at a duly noticed meeting on October 18, 2023, the Board is seeking proposals from qualified 501(c)(3) firms to enter into a long-term joint occupancy ground lease (the “Joint Occupancy Lease”) and coordination agreement, pursuant to California Education Code Section 81390 et seq., for approximately 6.69 acres of undeveloped property located at the Newark Campus (the “Project Site”) to finance, develop, construct, manage and operate an approximately 171-unit, 532-bed below-market student housing project for students attending the Newark and Fremont campuses (the “Student Housing Project”) who are single, married/partnered or with families.
