Solicitation Amendment #1 issued to correct the SIR (SF1442) cover page to update block 13B from offer guarantee is required to offer guarantee IS NOT required.  As well as to correct SIR Section L.5 RFQ date from 12/16/2019 to 06/16/2020.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), intends to prequalify the top rated two (2) - three (3) contractors interested in this requirement, in accordance with the attached RFQ attachment (Phase 1). The pre-qualified contractors would then move on to the RFO (Phase 2) of the solicitation, for work associated with the New York TRACON (N90) Facility Improvement Project located in Westbury, NY.

The successful offeror must be able to complete a minimum of 15% of the onsite work using its own resources. The SIR Step 1 Package & RFQ Documents are attached below.

The FAA will be prequalifying Prime or General Contractors only. Contractors who prequalify will be eligible to receive a Request for Offer (RFO) Step 2 Package.

All submittals must address the evaluation criteria and must be sent per the instructions of the attached SIR. Submittals received after the closing date will not be considered.
