The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS), Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary (ONMS) requires a new 46-50 foot length over all (LOA), commercial duty, and aluminum hull workboat powered by twin marine diesel engines for use in research, resource protection and education operations off the coast of the State of Washington. The vessel will be homeported in Port Angeles, WA with extended summer operations conducted out of La Push Harbor, WA.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being conducted through FAR Part 13, in conjunction with FAR Part 12.

In accordance with FAR 52.207-4 System for Award Management, an Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation. If an offer is received and the offeror is not registered in SAM, this will result in an immediate rejection of the offer. For information regarding registration, please go to sam.gov.
