The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Off ice of NationalMarine Sanctuaries (ONMS), Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary (GRNMS)requires a new vessel of approximately 54 feet in length overall (LOA),commercial duty, with an aluminum hull for use in research, resourceprotection, and education/outreach operations throughout the GRNMS area andup to approximately 80 nautical miles (NM) off shore. The vessel will homeport inSavannah, GA, and from there will support NOAA and partner scientists on awide variety of missions.

This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is being conducted using FAR Part 13 procedures, in conjunction with FAR Part 12.
