A. 20th Street Lift Station 1. Remove four (4) existing centrifugal pumps. 2. Furnish and Install four (4) new dry pit submersible pumps. 3. Remove and replace process piping and valves. 4. Install new VFDs and electrical and controls for new pumps. 5. Other miscellaneous work as shown on the plans. B. Primary Pumps 1. Remove two (2) existing primary pumps. 2. Furnish and install (2) new rotary lobe pumps and grinders. 3. Remove and replace process piping and valves. 4. Install new electrical and controls. 5. Other miscellaneous work as shown on the plans. C. Thickened Sludge Pumps 1. Remove two (2) existing thickened sludge pumps. 2. Furnish and install (2) new rotary lobe pumps. 3. Remove and replace process piping and valves. 4. Remove existing equipment, piping and valves as noted. 5. Install new VFDs for the pumps and miscellaneous electrical and controls. 6. Other miscellaneous work as shown on the plans. D. Aeration Basin Diffuser Replacement 1. Remove and replace all membrane diffusers in the existing aeration basins. 2. Dispose of all used diffuser membranes. 3. Other miscellaneous work as shown on the plans.
