The City of Safford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: NEW SAFFORD POLICE STATION COS PROJECT NO. 379-140 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall located at 717 West Main Street, Safford, Arizona 85546, until Monday, July 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Under a single contract, the project includes the construction of an approximate 6,400 S.F. new police facility, consisting of slab on grade; masonry walls; and wood roof structure. Work includes all finishes and systems, as well as some site demolition, utilities, grading, landscaping, and parking. All work shall be in conformance with Drawings and Specifications. The full Scope of Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and the Plans, Drawings, and Specifications.
