The Library of Congress (LOC) has a requirement for the transportation of newly elected members of the House of Representatives for the New Member Seminar in Williamsburg, VA.

The Library intends to issue the requirement described above as a sole source order to the National Passenger Railroad Corporation, Amtrak. Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to meet the work described in the attached draft Statement of Work.
