Scope: Construction of new 6,000 sf facility to be used for Food Bank, Commercial Kitchen, Public Library, and Community Event Space. Constructon: Construction: Slab-on-grade, wood framed, pre-manufactured wood roof trusses, metal siding and roofing, masonry veneer. A/E Estimate: $3,000,000 +/- Sealed bids will be received by Town of Malden, at 204 W. Moreland Avenue, Malden, WA 99149, for the construction of the New Malden Community Center project. Sealed Base and Alternate Bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. local time on February 7, 2024, and must be marked “Sealed Base and Alternate Bids – New Malden Community Center.” Sealed Supplemental Bid Form A-Part-1 must be received by 4:00 p.m. and must be marked “Sealed Supplemental Bid Form A-Part-1 – New Malden Community Center.” Bids received after this time will not be considered. Sealed Bids will be opened and publicly read at 4:00 p.m. on February 7, 2024. Sealed Supplemental Bid Form A-Part-2 must be received forty-eight hours after Base Bid is due.
