NOTICE TO BIDDERS Proposals will be received until 10am October 14, 2020 at Hernando City Hall 475 W Commerce Street, Hernando, Mississippi, for a company to provide a new Knuckleboom, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. One (1) New Knuckleboom Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.central bidding.com. Electronic bids and/or reverse auction bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. Specifications are also available at City Hall, Hernando, Mississippi, during normal business hours. The Bid solicitation will begin September 24, 2020 at 10am and end on October 14, 2020 at 10am. The Reverse Auction will begin at 3pm and end at 3:30pm unless extended with anti sniping on Thursday October 15, 2020. All proposals must comply with the specifications. Hernando reservices the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested specifications. All proposals submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the envelopes with the item name, opening date, and time. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen reserve the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
