This project consists of the construction of a new 10,500+/- square foot, two-story building located at 323 Bouscaren St, in Slidell, Louisiana. The project will contain three apparatus bays, storage, restroom and an elevator on the first floor. The second floor will have sleeping quarters, living room, training room, kitchen, storage, men’s restroom with shower and ADA restroom with shower. A full building generator will be located on the outside of the building. Work will include complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems. 1.All building demolition work shall be excluded from this contract. All building demolition and most site demolition work will be performed under separate contract and all work shall be completed prior to commencement of this project. The Contractor shall make all required tie-ins to the Owner’s existing utilities and shall perform all necessary shut downs, testing, verifications and certifications.
