The requirement is for Neutron Rem Monitors for Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E) Purposes.

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: Quotes can be submitted by returning a completed copy of the attached solicitation document N00167-13-T-0010, or by submitting a quote on company letterhead stationery, or as otherwise specified in the solicitation. To be considered for award, an offer must provide at the minimum, the following information: (1) The solicitation number. (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers. (3) Company name, address, and telephone number. (4) An ACTIVE System for Award Management CAGE and DUNS number. (5) A proposal meeting all the requirements of the addendum to Clause 52.212-1 entitled "Instructions to Offerors" (pages 13-15).  Offers that fail to furnish required representations (fill-in clause on pages 17-29) or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.

All contractors and individuals doing business with the Federal Government must be registered at the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be considered for award.

Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. If a change occurs in this requirement, only offers received within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
