The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue an open market solicitation. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) infrastructure Development Directorate (ID53) has a requirement for Neustar license renewal and upgrade to include additional new data fields. The POP is a one-year base period from September 19, 2015 through September 18, 2016 with two additional one year options. Please see the attached solicitation and redacted J&A for details and information that must be included with quote. Offerors must fill in blocks 30(a), (b), and (c) on page 1 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449. The CLIN Unit price and amount on page 3, 4, and 5 also needs to be completed, as well as the Contractor POC information on page 7. Please provide your company's business size, CAGE code, DUNS number, and a point of contact. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be evaluated and considered by the agency.
