The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source, fixed price contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), with Neustar Information Services on behalf of Computer Marketing Associates, Inc. (CMA). The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Neustar/CMA to support the Investigative Analyst Program for on-demand data, real-time telephone intelligence.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
