The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) intends to award a sole source procurement to Telcordia Technologies, Incorporated, Government and Public Sector, One Telcordia Drive, Piscataway, New Jersey, 08854 to provide Enhanced Networx Inventory Code (eNIC) System that provides an end-to-end, commercially proven coding system/application for Federal Government Agencies and Telecommunications Service Providers. The proposed period of performance for this contract will be one year with eight one year options. The proposed contract action is for a service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 U. S. C., Section 2304 (c) (1) or 41 U. S. C. (1) (1)), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be made under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 12. This requirement closes at 4 PM on 27 November 2009.
