NETWORK HARDWARE E-RATE PROGRAM 2020 Invitation to Bid Weber County Purchasing, on behalf of the Weber County Library invites your company to bid on providing Juniper and Ubiquiti wire/wireless network equipment and maintenance agreements. CONTENTS: If any provision or specification in this "Invitation to Bid" (ITB) is ambiguous or is disputed by a bidder, the bidder must notify the County Purchasing Division prior to the opening of the bids. No dispute or protest concerning the ambiguity of these specifications or provisions of the ITB shall be accepted following opening of the bids. SCOPE OF WORK & SPECIFICATIONS: Project specifications have been included in the Buyer Attachments section of the advertisement. All equipment must be new, unused, and not previously purchased. Proof of registration and authorization from the manufacturer MUST be provided. QUESTIONS: Questions shall be submitted through SciQuest Utah Public Procurement Place https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin?Custorg=StateOfUtah. Questions are due prior to the question due date and time specified in SciQuest. If a questions/answer changes the ITB, the change will be released in an addendum to the ITB. Do NOT contact the Agency, Division, Department, or other County officers or employees. AWARD: The County will determine the low bidders based upon price(s) bid. The County reserves the right to award multiple purchase orders to the responsive, responsible bidders meeting specifications who bid the lowest overall cost to the County. Weber County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids, if to do so is in the best interest of the County. DELIVERY: The bid pricing being offered must include delivery charges and be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Pre-Paid. Delivery will be made to Weber County Library HQ, 2039 W 4000 S Roy, UT 84067. Liftgate will be required. All equipment must be drop-shipped from the manufacturer.
