Notice of Intent for Sole Source

On or about 1 August 2017, the Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source contract to Advanced Accelerator Applications for Netspot GE-68 Dota-Tate at the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The period of performance is 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall include information of sufficient detail to demonstrate that they are able to provide similar spinal implants and accessories.
