This notice of intent is not a request for quotes and no solicitation is available. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB, VA hereby gives a notice of intent to award an acquisition as a sole source award to Mimetrix Technologies, LLC, 11212 Brittenford Drive, Vienna, VA 22182 for the purchase of NETSCOUT MasterCare support for the NETSCOUT system currently implemented at the Tactical Data Link Interoperability Test Center (TDLITC) located at Langley AFB, VA, to include service support for associated part numbers (see attached Statement of Work), and in the form of 24x7 availability to support personnel; access to alerts, patches, and product enhancement and upgrades; and one-hour priority response on Severity 1 issues. The government intends to execute a sole-source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before Thursday, 15 August 2019, at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). If no responses are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to Mimetrix Technologies, LLC. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds.
