THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for annual support for NetOwl Software. This is a Sole Source with SRA Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1. SRA Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement since SRA Inc. is the only authorized vendor/distributor of NetOwl software. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that SRA Inc. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
