The Navy Surface Warrfare Center, Corona Division, plasn to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), materials and services for a DPS TElecom Communications System. The government intends to sward on a Sole-Source basis to DPS TElecom. DPS Telecom is the OEM for the major components. These items are required to support the Growler and Prowler Electronic Aircraft (EA-18G and EA6B) adn are direct form, fit and function parts.

This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.301-1(c).
