Patrick Air Force Base anticipates a competitive acquisition to provide a 1-year software renewal for NET OWL Extractor v6.6, name tag configuration for English, standard Edition (SE) with smart encoding to including operational license limited to one core on one server and unlimited users. All sources capable of providing the products being sought. In addition to the information provided below entitled "Capabilities Package," responding parties must also indicate their size status in relation to the applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 7379 (size standard $25,000,000) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210. Sources with HubZone, 8(a) status or otherwise classified as a small disadvantaged veteran owned business should address their status in their responses.
