This is a Sole Source combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-35 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20080812. NAICS is 511210 with a small business size standard of $25million.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the salient characteristics listed below. 45 CONS, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 is seeking to purchase 1 year NET OWL Extractor v6.6, Name Tag configuration for English, standard edition (SE) with smart Geocoding. Includes one operational license limited to one core on one server with no restrictions on the number of users. Used for the Mark Logic search application on JWIC. Includes one year phone support, upgrades, and continued subscription. Designed by Systems Research Application Corp.

Minimum Salient Characteristic: 1 year NET OWL Extractor v6.6, Name Tag configuration for English, standard edition (SE) with smart Geocoding. Includes one operational license limited to one core on one server with no restrictions on the number of users. Used for the Mark Logic search application on JWIC. Includes one year phone support, upgrades, and continued subscription.
Delivery: 30 Days After Receipt of Order.
