This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Maintenance for NextDayBusiness with Non-Returnable Disk Fees shall include the following:
• Replacement of damaged or defective product
• 24 x 7 telephone support
• Email support during business hours

• Shipping cost to customer for replacements

Award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote for the commercial items and services required on an all or none basis.
