The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Creative Marketing Associates, LTD. 9730 Patuxent Woods Dr. Ste 500, Columbia, MD 21046-2588 for items described as Handy Tools - NOKIA C7 Platform which includes discounts for older Trade-In items to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13. The proposed contract action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
