The Naval Special Warfare Command/WARCOM Contracts, San Diego, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis (under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1), a firm fixed priced contract/order for NEMO Handy HTC rezound survey tools.  Product Service Code is 5895 and NAICS is 334515/500 employees.

This requirement is sole source to Creative Marketing Associates, Inc., 9730 Patuxent Woods Drive, Suite 500, Columbia, MD.   Creative Marketing has been determined to be the sole contractor to manufacture the required tools.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing that they can provide theHandy Tool HTC Rezound Platform indicated above may submit a written response to be received by the contracting officer no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice.
